Memberships

Membership is open to all biotech companies, organisations, support industries incorporated in Malaysia or abroad, as well as individuals such as scientific researchers.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & PAYMENT PROCEDURES

Follow these simple steps given below:

   1.  Download the Application Form by clicking on the Application Form

   2.  Fill-in the Application Form & submit it to us together with your
        company's Form 9, 24 & 49 and company profile/brochure.
       (Note:Individuals need only to submit their current Curriculum Vitae)

   3.  Payment of Membership Fee (see below) to MBIO can be either made
       by
       a.  cheque (payable to MBIO),
       b.  cash, or by
       c.  banking in (call MBIO for details of bank account number)

Please do not forget to fax the bank slip copy to MBIO fax no. 03-26927737

   4.  Application cannot be processed until full payment is received

Companies with less than 10 staff	RM200/ -	RM150/ -
Individuals	RM150/ -	RM100/ -
